Mine was that I will make a difference.

Well, in over 30 years that promise had different expressions: Teaching at Universities, giving a TEDx talk, running communities interventions, podcasting. But most of it was coming from my left brain and was fitting with others expectations (more details at the end of the About section).

This is a different space!!

My whole being is behind it: both parts of my brain, my body, my emotions and my soul.

There are three main invitations (1) become more alive (2) participate in ART by engaging with it or creating yourself and (3) embark into a soft yet deep transformation.

These invitations have been slowly curated within me, I have walked through them, learnt with them and grown alongside them. I’ll share insights, learnings, practices and creations. You can choose to join sporadically, be join a programme or even a community.

HAVE YOU EVER MADE A PROMISE TO YOURSELF?

I am Inma and I’ll share with you mine

Soft and Deep Transformation

ALIVE

ART

I have loved psychology for as long as I can remember and I dedicated over 30 years to understanding the human mind, behaviour and connection with oneself and with each-other. 15 of those years have also been dedicated to teaching others to lead personal change and change around them, aiming to make their inner and outer world a bit better. Much of my scientific work has been dedicated to understanding identities, authenticity, resilience, mindfulness. And much of my teaching and community engagement has been focused on training change agents and resilient leaders.

Over time, however, I realised that both psychology and science offer powerful insights, but they do not always reach the deepest layers of human transformation. Real change sometimes require that we involve all of us, including the right part of the brain (where creativity reside), our embodied experience and even in some cases a deeper inner part of ourselves.

Creative expression, allows us to explore and express parts of ourselves that cannot always be reached through words or analysis.

Embodied experience help us inbue the change in our cells and tap into the body memory while releasing what has been accumulating within our fascia.

The deeper parts of ourselves can be accessed through what indigenous people from different parts o f the world already knew through ancient wisdom practices. I have learnt from the Shambala tradition and formally I studied since 2015 with the Northen drum shamanic school ways of accessing deeper levels of awareness, healing and inner guidance — areas that modern science is only beginning to rediscover.

At the heart of all of this lies togetherness— the recognition that transformation rarely happens in isolation. It unfolds within relationships, communities and shared spaces of reflection. This understanding has shaped much of my work, including my community initiatives and my small book Togetherness
